Booking your holiday
How do I book my holiday?
Send an Enquiry for availability and current rate offer by simply fill out the "Enquire availability Form". We will answer by Email, Fax or phone with our current availability.


Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you must pay a deposit of 35% - unless you book within eight weeks of departure, when the full cost is to be paid.


When do I need to make the final payment?
The remaining balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to departure.


Can I pay in any currency?
No we only accept Euros.

I've already booked can I still book additional services?
Yes, all you have to do is contact us and tell use what services you would like to add.

Do you provide cots and high chairs for babies?
Yes, we do provide cots and high chairs on request.
Cancelling the holiday
What is your cancellation policy?
If you want to cancel your booking, you must let us know in writing.

Is there a cancellation fee?
The following charges will be made, based on the date of the written notice we receive from you:-

29 - 42 days before departure = 50% of accommodation cost
15 - 28 days before departure = 70% of accommodation cost
0 - 14 days before departure = 100% of accommodation cost
Before your holiday begins
How will I receive confirmation of my holiday?
An official Receipt of a valid payment of your booking will be processed for confirmation and you will receive a booking voucher. Please ensure to send us your correct email address and/or Postal Address so that we can send you the booking voucher/receipt.

Do I need to bring bed linen or towels?
No, all our properties come with bed linen and towels.
During your holiday

Is there a cleaning service?
Yes against payment 

Will I be provided with directions to the property? }}
Yes, once your booking is confirmed we will send you all the necessary information. 

Will I be able to contact the company during my holiday?

Return Journey

Is there a "check-out" time?
Yes. 12.00 noon on departure date. 

Will I be charged for any damage to the property and/or its contents?
You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by either you or a party member and must be settled before your departure. Failure to do so will render you responsible for any claims subsequently made against us (including our legal costs and the other party's legal costs) as a result of your actions.
